Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum graduation from an HEC-recognized local or international university. Candidates with a Commerce background, Islamic Banking qualification, degree, or diploma will be preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (at the time of application).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Relationship Management within branch banking.
Key Responsibilities:
The role of Relationship Manager involves meeting and exceeding sales targets for account opening, deposit retention, deposit generation, and consumer financing. Major responsibilities include:
- Ensuring Tail Management through the activation of dormant accounts and digital banking services.
- Cross-selling and upselling banking products to achieve targets.
- Conducting daily visits and participating in market drives and customer contact campaigns.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing issues amicably and efficiently.
- Ensuring strict compliance with banking laws, Shariah guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining detailed records, handling audits, and adhering to turnaround times (TAT).
Required Skills & Competencies:
NBP seeks candidates with strong people management skills, sound knowledge of Islamic banking, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and databases. Additional skills include:
- Strong selling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of banking procedures, policies, and products.
