Eligibility Criteria:
Required Education and Experience:
- Ph.D. in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in the government sector, with a minimum of two years served as Deputy Commissioner, District Collector, or a similar position involved in taxation and revenue generation.
OR
- 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field.
- At least 14 years of post-qualification experience in the government sector, with a minimum of two years served in senior roles such as Deputy Commissioner or District Collector, involved in taxation or resource generation.
Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit is 62 years (calculated as of the closing date for application submission).
Contract Terms:
- The initial contract period is three (3) years, extendable as per the Management Pay Scales (MPS) of Punjab 2023.
- Termination can occur upon contract completion or with one month’s notice from either party.
Salary Package:
- The position offers a competitive pay package under MPS-II of Punjab 2023. However, no monetization component will be provided for official vehicles, POL, etc.
