Capital Development Authority (CDA) Jobs 2025

CDA invites online applications for the following posts on a contract basis on merit pay scales (PPS) for running the state-of-the-art CDA nursery on a commercial basis from suitable candidates possessing qualifications, experience, and age limits as mentioned below:

• Senior Manager Nursery: 1 post (PPS-9) – Master’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Botany, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates having a specialized degree in plant sciences, molecular biology, Biotechnology, or Floriculture higher degree in the relevant field. Twelve (12) years’ experience in the relevant field in a responsible position equivalent to Basic Pay Scale 17 & above in Government or in an organization or firm of repute in the public or private sector. Age: ~45 years.

• Manager Nursery: 1 post (PPS-8) – Master’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Botany, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates having a specialized degree in plant sciences, molecular biology, Biotechnology, or Floriculture higher degree in the relevant field. Seven (07) years’ experience in the relevant field in a responsible position equivalent to Basic Pay Scale 17 & above in Government or in an organization or firm of repute in the public or private sector. Age: ~40 years.

• Assistant Manager Green House: 1 post (PPS-6) – Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Botany, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates having a specialized degree in plant sciences, molecular biology, Biotechnology, or Floriculture higher degree in the relevant field. Three years’ experience in the relevant field. Age: ~33 years.

• Assistant Manager Floriculture: 1 post (PPS-6) – Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Botany, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates having a specialized degree in plant sciences, molecular biology, Biotechnology, or Floriculture higher degree in the relevant field. Three years’ experience in the relevant field. Age: ~33 years.

• Assistant Manager Tree Nursery: 1 post (PPS-6) – Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Botany, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates having a specialized degree in plant sciences, molecular biology, Biotechnology, or Floriculture higher degree in the relevant field. Three years’ experience in the relevant field. Age: ~33 years.

• Assistant Manager Marketing: 1 post (PPS-6) – MBA or higher degree in Marketing. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge in floriculture and plants. Three years’ experience in the relevant field. Age: ~33 years.

• Assistant Landscape Architect: 2 posts (PPS-6) – Bachelor’s level degree or higher in Architecture. Three years’ experience in the relevant field. Age: ~33 years.

• AutoCAD Operator: 2 posts (PPS-5) – FA/FSc with diploma in AutoCAD. Proficiency in AutoCAD software and 3D design with Sketch Up and other landscape software. Three years’ experience in the relevant field. Age: ~30 years.

• Assistant Marketing: 1 post (PPS-5) – BBA in Marketing with 3 years’ experience in the relevant field. Age: ~30 years.

• Supervisor Ornamental and Flowering/Plant Nursery/Greenhouse: 12 posts (PPS-2) – FSc, Biology with Diploma in Floriculture/Landscaping in case of Plant Nursery – FSc, Biology with Forestry course. Experience 2 years of indoor and outdoor plants with annual seasonal flowers nurseries and its propagation in season techniques. Age: ~30 years.

• Wheel Grader Operator: 1 post (PPS-4) – Matric with HTV license. Experience: 3 years. Age: ~30 years.

• Excavator Operator: 1 post (PPS-4) – Matric with HTV license. Experience: 3 years. Age: ~30 years.

• Tree Trans Planter: 1 post (PPS-4) – Matric with HTV license. Experience: 3 years. Age: ~30 years.

• Helper: 3 posts (PPS-1) – Middle. Age: ~30 years.

General Information/Instructions

1. Age relaxation years shall be applicable as per government policy.

2. Posts shall be filled on merit basis.

3. The right to cancel the advertisement, to increase/decrease number of posts.

4. Employees will be appointed on contract basis for initial period of two years to be extended further, if required, and having no vested right for regular appointment.

5. Online application form along with copies of educational documents, experience certificates, recent photograph, CNIC, and domicile etc. should be uploaded along with application form within 20 days from the date of advertisement.

6. CDA has the right to cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason thereof.

7. Only short-listed candidates, who qualify as per above criteria, will be called for test or interview.

8. No TA/DA will be admissible.

9. Candidates will be required to bring original documents (Educational and Experience Certificate NoC) along with attested copies at the time of interview.

10. The working in public sector departments/organizations should attach departmental NOC.

• Candidates applying for posts listed at Serial No. 1 to 09 are required to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable application processing fee of Rs. 2000/- for each post.
