Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) invites applications from qualified, experienced, motivated, and committed professionals to fill their vacant posts. Candidates are requested to apply for jobs at this institution.
EOBI provides an opportunity for highly qualified individuals to fill the following vacant posts: Secretary BoT, Director (Law Cadre), and Director (IT Cadre). All posts are based at the EOBI head office in Karachi. The total number of vacant posts is 3.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The required educational qualifications for the applying candidates should be Master’s, LLB, and LLM.
- Candidates must have 02 to 10 years of experience in the relevant fields.
- The maximum age of the applying candidates should be between 40 to 45 years.
Necessary Instructions for Apply:
- Applications on plain paper along with three passport-size photographs, attested copies of certificates, CNIC, and domicile, etc., must be submitted to the Director (PRT), Human Resource Department, EOBI Head Office, Karachi.
- Candidates currently working in Government, Semi-Government, and Government-controlled organizations must submit an NOC from their respective organization at the time of the interview.
- Candidates can apply for more than one post with a separate application form.
- Age relaxation will be admissible as per Federal Government Rules.
- The institution reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview. No transport facility will be provided.
- Selected candidates will undergo a probationary period of at least one year.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be entertained.
- The name of the post applied for should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
