Qualification Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing corporate and financial institution portfolios.
- Proven track record in product development, client relationship management, and strategic business growth.
- Experience with an Export Credit Agency (ECA) will be considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of EXIM operations and their role in promoting national exports.
