About the Role
As a Trainee Branch Service Officer, you will be the face of Faysal Bank, interacting directly with customers and handling their daily banking needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth branch operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling and Transactions:
- Handle a variety of financial and non-financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.
- Ensure the cash counter and ATM are accurately balanced and reconciled at the end of each day.
- Customer Service & Sales:
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to all customers.
- Conduct customer identity verification (KYC) and accurately record customer details.
- Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Operational Compliance & Security:
- Adhere strictly to the bank’s policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Administrative Support:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and provide administrative support as needed.
