- 10+ years of experience in procurement.
- Additional qualification like MCIPS is preferred.

2. Jr. Management / Middle Management – Talent Acquisition
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete talent acquisition process.
- Conduct data analysis on recruitment metrics and trends.
- Coordinate with departments for job specification reviews and align recruitment with company branding.
- Qualification/Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Age: Preferably not more than 40 years.
3. Middle Management Position – Solution Architect
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of enterprise applications using Oracle APEX.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable and secure IT systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate design concepts.
- Develop and implement solutions ensuring data privacy and security.
- Qualification/Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT.

4. Energy Efficiency & Resource Conservation Specialist
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement energy and resource conservation audits.
- Identify energy efficiency measures and develop action plans.
- Promote sustainability practices across the organization.
- Qualification/Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Environmental Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in energy/resource conservation.
- Age: Preferably not more than 40 years.
