Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s (4 years) in Business Administration / Public Administration / Supply Chain Management equivalent from HEC Recognized University. (Master’s degree in related field will be preferred)
Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience in procurement management role.
- Ability to undertake large-scale, diversified and complex procurement assignments.
- Well conversant with PPRA Rules and effective procurement management.
- Proven experience of contract drafting, negotiation and tender management, especially in Government departments.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of World Bank procurement guidelines.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks and compliance issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High accuracy in compiling and analyzing data for informed decision making.
- Familiarity with procurement of IT software/hardware and technologies.

Terms & Conditions:
- Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required) and will be on a 6-month probation period.
