1. Unit Head – HR & Administration Wing (AVP)
- Reporting To: Wing Head – HR & Administration, Risk Management Group
- Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation from a recognized university
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Experience: At least 6 years in HR & Administration
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing HR databases, staff rotation, and succession planning
- Budget preparation and expense reconciliation
- Handling recruitment processes and employee records
- Overseeing performance appraisals and internal audit coordination
2. Risk Analyst – Operational Risk (OG-II / OG-I)
- Reporting To: Wing Head – Operational Risk & Fraud Risk Management
- Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or Actuarial Sciences
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or professional certifications are preferred
- Experience: At least 1 year of banking experience (preferred in the relevant field)
- Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of risk controls and regulatory requirements
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in updating and implementing operational risk frameworks
- Ensuring compliance with risk assessment procedures
- Coordinating with stakeholders for risk mitigation strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing operational incidents and losses
