Education:
- A 16 year degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Master’s degree holders will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role in a large government or private sector organization/software house.
Remuneration & Contract Details:
- Competitive market-based salary package – to be finalized by the Board of Directors (BOD).
- Contract Duration: Initial term of 3 years, extendable up to age 65 based on performance.
- Performance Evaluation: Based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by the BOD.
