Available Positions and Requirements:
1. Assistant Director (Business Analyst)
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Business Analytics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Professional Experience:
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to improve processes.
- Ability to identify trends and provide insights for business improvement.
- Experience in preparing project proposals and reports based on KPIs.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and presentation.
- Knowledge of mitigation strategies for risk management.
2. Assistant Director (Technical Writer)
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Professional Experience:
- Preferably 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in writing comprehensive technical documents, manuals, SOPs, user guides, FAQs, and reports.
- Collaboration with development, testing, and security teams for accurate documentation.
- Experience in biometric data collection protocols and storage solutions.
- Awareness of international best practices in biometric technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age limit to apply for these positions is 37 years.
Job Location & Terms:
- The positions are based in Islamabad, and selected candidates will be hired on an initial 5-year contract, which may be extended if required.
