Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), operating under the Ministry of Defence Production, Government of Pakistan, has announced a new round of contractual job openings for qualified and experienced professionals in various technical and managerial roles. This public sector production organization is inviting applications from skilled individuals eager to contribute to the nation’s defense manufacturing sector.

HIT is seeking skilled and experienced professionals for various technical and managerial positions aimed at supporting its high-tech manufacturing and development projects.

Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Manager:

Qualifications & Experience:

• BE in Engineering (preferably Mechanical). Candidates with relevant certifications and professional education (UG/PG) are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of reliability and life cycle cost analysis software (EAGLE, EDCCAS, etc.).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Qualification Engineer / Manager (QAQM):

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum BE in Mechanical/Materials Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards such as ISO 9001/AS9100 and statistical process control (SPC).
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred.
• Experience in FMEA, failure analysis, and material/component testing techniques.

Information Technology (IT) Manager:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity, server management, cloud platforms, and virtualization.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Strong project management and ERP implementation experience.

Electronics Engineer:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum BE/B.E.S in Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and electronic system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

2. Interested candidates are required to fill application form available at HIT website www.hit.gov.pk and upload their CVs well before 02 June 2025.
3. The claimed qualifications / certifications / diplomas must be issued from universities / board duly affiliated with authorities concerned i.e. HEC, PEC, etc.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for screening/test/interview.
5. Applicants are required to bring complete set of their original documents as well as 1 x set of photocopies including CV along with 2 x passport size photographs (with white background) at the time of interview.
6. Market competitive salaries will be offered based on experience.
7. Candidates already in Government / Public Services must submit NOC well before joining.
8. The Competent Authority reserves the right to review or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
9. The selected candidates shall be awarded a 2-3 years contract (extendable, if required and decided by the competent authority) after successfully passing the initial 2-3 months’ probation (probation to start from the date of joining).
10. If, at any later stage, the claimed qualifications or information don’t get matched / verified with what the candidate has written in his application form, the candidate will be held responsible for false information and his / her services will be terminated with immediate effect with refunding of the finances by the candidate to HIT organization (already paid by the organization till the date).
11. No TA/DA shall be admissible for the screening/test/interview.
