Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) or Chartered Accountant or Masters in Business Administration or Masters in Social Sciences from HEC recognized Pakistani or Foreign University.
Age & Experience:
- Maximum 62 years at the time of application.
- Minimum 15-years relevant experience in middle and top management.
- National/Global Company experience preferred.
Skills:
- A firm grasp of both non-profit and for-profit business models.
- Refined facilitation and communication skills.
- Strong staff development and management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic planning, business acumen, and policy advocacy.
- Familiarity with public sector governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record in leading high-performance teams and organizations.
