Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the banking sector, with preference given to candidates having experience in managing branch networks.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized national or international institute.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be up to 55 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development in branches by increasing loans, deposits, and outreach.
- Supervise 15 to 25 branches and ensure implementation of the bank’s credit policies.
