NBP is inviting applications from talented, experienced, and dedicated professionals for the key leadership position of Wing Head – Collections & Recovery (VP/SVP) within the Risk Management Division (Retail & Program Lending), based at the bank’s Karachi headquarters.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational / Professional Qualifications:
- A minimum of graduation from a recognized local or international university/institute (recognized by the HEC).
- Candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 5 years in credit collections in areas such as Retail, Consumer, SME, or Agri Financing.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale or public sector organizations.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of collection systems, capacity planning, policies, and forecasting.
- Competence in handling legal documentation and litigation affairs.
- Familiarity with SBP regulations and financial sector prudential standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
Employment Details:
- The position is contractual for an initial term of three years, renewable at the management’s discretion.
