Two key consultancy roles are open for applications on a contract basis:
Procurement Specialist (PPS-9):
- Qualifications: Applicants must hold at least a Master’s degree in MBA (Procurement), MBA (Logistics & Supply Chain), or a related 16-year qualification in Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: A minimum of eight years of relevant experience is required, including verifiable work in procurement, supply chain, consulting, and World Bank-funded projects. Strong knowledge of national/international procurement rules is essential.
Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10):
- Qualifications: Candidates must have professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACMA, ACCA), or a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Government finance or audit functions.
- Experience: At least eight years of relevant experience in public sector accounting, financial management, auditing, and budgeting. Familiarity with World Bank financial regulations and guidelines will be advantageous.
