Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA), an autonomous body under the School Education Department of the Government of Punjab, has announced several high-level job opportunities for experienced and ambitious professionals. PEIMA is currently managing free education for over 600,000 children across Punjab and is seeking skilled individuals to join its mission on a contract basis.

Available Positions:

PEIMA is offering six director-level positions, all based on open merit, with monthly salaries starting from Rs. 392,500. The positions are:

1. Director (Academic & Research)
2. Director (Programs)
3. Director (IT)
4. Director (Partnership & Collaboration)
5. Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)
6. Director (Corporate Communication)

Eligibility Criteria:

• A minimum of 16 years of education in relevant fields (such as Social Sciences, Business Management, Humanities, IT, Education, Law, etc.).
• Advanced degrees (M.Phil./Ph.D./LLM) and international exposure will be considered as additional advantages.
• A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in related domains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Candidates between the ages of 35 and 50 are eligible.
