Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Law, or Management Sciences from an HEC-recognized university
- At least 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 10 years in the power sector
- Strong background in Power Market Design, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Issues, or Commercial Functions
- Master’s degree and specific experience with CTBCM or competitive electricity markets will be advantageous
- Age should not exceed 60 years on the closing date of application
Salary & Contract Terms:
- Salary Package: Market-based, highly competitive
- Tenure: Initial 3-year contract, extendable upon satisfactory performance
