The Project Director has officially announced the hiring of qualified professionals on a contractual basis for a vital infrastructure development initiative titled: “Acquisition of Land from Gwadar KM 18.98 to Mastung KM 901 via Besima and from Besima Zero Point to Jacobabad KM 387 via Khuzdar.”

This hiring is part of the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) and offers contracts on a yearly basis, extendable for up to two additional terms based on satisfactory performance or until the completion of the project.

Available Positions and Requirements:

The project is hiring for the following positions under Project Pay Scale (PPS):

Executive Engineer (Civil) – PPS-8:

• Qualification: B.E. Civil, registered with PEC.
• Experience: 8+ years in supervision, execution, and coordination of infrastructure projects.
• Preference will be given to those with MS Project/Primavera knowledge and GIS expertise.

Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) – PPS-7:

• Qualification: B.E. Civil, PEC registered.

• Experience: 5+ years in similar roles with focus on planning and GIS expertise.

Assistant Accounts Officer – PPS-7:

• Qualification: M.Com or ACCA.

• Experience: 5+ years in public sector accounting/auditing.

Inspector of Works Grade-II – PPS-6:

• Qualification: DAE Civil.
• Experience: 8+ years in infrastructure QA/QC.
• Other Skills: Use of Survey tools, GIS software, drawing preparation.

Assistant Inspector of Works – PPS-4:

• Qualification: DAE Civil.
• Experience: 5+ years in supervision.
• Other Skills: Surveying, drawing, measurement, AutoCAD.

Office Superintendent – PPS-6:

• Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Public Admin/Computer Science.

• Experience: 4+ years in admin roles with MS Office, AutoCAD skills.

Steno Typist – PPS-6:

• Qualification: Graduate + Diploma in Typing.

• Skills: 40 wpm shorthand, strong command in MS Office.

Computer Operator – PPS-4:

• Qualification: Bachelor or IT Diploma holder.

• Experience: 3+ years with expertise in MS Office, AutoCAD, and data systems.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC) – PPS-4:

• Qualification: Intermediate, 2nd Division.

• Experience: 3+ years in clerical record keeping, office software use.
