University of Sargodha, Malik Firoz Khan Noon Business School (MFKNBS), has announced multiple research positions under the HEC-approved NRPU project titled:“A Stitch in Time: Addressing the Gaps and Drivers in Eco-Innovation Adoption for Sustainable Business Growth of Pakistan’s Manufacturing Sector.” The project is supervised by Dr. Sadia Shaukat (Principal Investigator) at MFKNBS, University of Sargodha.

Research Assistant (PhD Scholar):

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be enrolled in a PhD program at the University of Sargodha in Management Sciences, Economics, or Social Sciences.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Proficiency in SPSS/SmartPLS.
• Strong academic writing and referencing skills.

Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 per month

Research Assistant (MS/MPhil Scholar):

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be enrolled at the University of Sargodha in MS/MPhil in Management, Economics, or Social Sciences.
• Basic knowledge of research methods.
• Strong writing and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Remuneration: Rs. 20,000 per month

Research Associate:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree or above in Management, Economics, or Social Sciences, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university (Pakistan or abroad).
• Strong skills in report writing, data handling, and research.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior research project experience.

Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 per month
