Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university of international repute. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate:
- At least 22 years of proven experience in R&D organizations or recognized institutions of higher learning.
- Strong leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary research teams.
- A minimum of 15 years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience in HEC-recognized institutions.
- At least 15 research publications in HEC-recognized refereed journals/books.
Other Requirements:
- Candidates must show leadership in mobilizing financial and human resources, alongside strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Applicants must have at least a first division or CGPA 3.00 in their academic career.
- The maximum age limit is 62 years as per the Management Position Scales Policy-2020.
- Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply.
- Civil servants/government employees must resign or seek retirement before joining.
