Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must possess either:
- A Ph.D. degree in Social Sector fields from an HEC-recognized national or international university, with at least 14 years of relevant policy-making experience, OR
- A Master’s degree in Social Sector fields with at least 18 years of relevant policy-making experience.
- The maximum age limit is 62 years.

Tenure and Pay Package:
- The appointment will be made on SPPS-I Scale.
- Initially, the tenure is two years, extendable annually based on performance, for up to four years.
