Eligibility Criteria:
- The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university in the fields of Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant disciplines.
- Applicants must demonstrate at least 15 years of overall professional experience, including 8 years in senior management or decision-making roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this leadership role.
- The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Key Responsibilities:
The Executive Director will report directly to the CEO and oversee all matters related to insurance, business development strategies, and the identification of new opportunities in the market. The role emphasizes:
- Public sector enforcement and expansion
- Private sector development, including co-insurance, facultative insurance, and inward insurance business
Mode of Employment:
- The role is contractual, with an open-ended agreement governed by contract terms.
