Government of Pakistan’s Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations, and Coordination (NHSR&C) has announced two significant job openings under the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center & Company in Islamabad. These positions are being offered on a contract basis with a market-based pay package, lasting until the completion of the project or as otherwise decided.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria:

Information & Technology Consultant:

Age Limit:

• 50–63 years

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering from a recognized local or foreign university.
• Minimum of 20 years’ experience in large-scale healthcare ICT and low-voltage infrastructure projects.

Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O):

Age Limit:

• 50–60 years

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Medical degree from a recognized and reputable university.
• Master’s degree in Public Health or Management Sciences from a reputable and recognized university.
• At least 10 years of senior management experience in the healthcare sector, including five years in a leadership role.

Both positions are open under the Merit quota, making them accessible to qualified candidates from across Pakistan.
