- Qualification: M.A./M.Sc./M.B.A./B.E. (minimum 16 years of education, preferably 1st Class) with 17 years’ administrative experience in BPS-17 and above, including at least 5 years in BPS-18 or above.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (relaxable).
