Key Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized local or international institution.
- A Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications will be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of banking experience in the relevant field.
Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Solid knowledge of banking operations, SBP regulations, and compliance procedures.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively with a results-oriented mindset.
