Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Requirement: MBA Finance/M.com with a minimum of ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in a reputable firm/organization, OR ACCA, ICMAP, or CA (inter) with seven (7) years of post-qualification experience in a reputable firm/organization.
- Required Skills: Knowledge of IFRS, company law, internal financial controls, code of corporate governance, risk management practices, PPRA rules, tax matters, managing tax litigations, and reconciliation of sales and income tax ledgers. Proficiency in common ERP solutions (Oracle/SAP) and excellent presentation, problem-solving, leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills are essential.
- Experience: Candidates should have extensive experience in a large-scale commercial/public sector entity, with exceptional attention to detail.
Quota, Pay, and Age Limit
- Quota: Merit – 05 (Contract – 03 Years extendable).
- Pay: Lump sum package as per Rs.373,484/- with 05% annual increment (negotiable as per policy).
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (age relaxations applicable).
