Balochistan Agriculture & Cooperatives Department Jobs 2025

Government of Balochistan Agriculture & Cooperatives Department has initiated an Agricultural Socio-Economic Development Project under the Umbrella of Balochistan Socio-Economic Development Projects by the name of “Green Balochistan Initiative”, aiming to uplift the Agri-Sector of Balochistan. Applications are invited from highly qualified and experienced candidates from Balochistan for appointment as Project Director on a contractual basis under the project titled “Green Pakistan Initiative” under the Public Sector Development Program.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

• Master’s Degree preferably Ph.D in Agriculture from HEC recognized university OR BE/ME (Civil Engineering) or higher from HEC recognized university.
• Excellent English comprehension, writing, and computer skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team.

Age Limit:

• Not more than 62 years on the date of closure.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as an execution officer, specifically having excellent command on conceptualizing, developing, and executing a project.
• Strong grip over Planning Commission Project Management tools / skills and procedures.
• Well conversed with BPPRA rules and Contract management.
• Sufficient working experience in Balochistan province.
• Must have experience working on Strategic/Socio-Economic Projects.
