Director MIS (BPS-18) – 1 Post:

• Qualification: Master’s in MIS/IT or equivalent
• Experience: 5 years in the relevant field

Assistant Director (Admin) (BPS-17) – 1 Post:

• Qualification: Master’s in HRM/Public Administration or equivalent
• Experience: 3 years in HR

Assistant Director (Grievance) (BPS-17) – 1 Post:

• Qualification: Master’s in HRM/Public Administration or equivalent
• Experience: 2-4 years in HR
• Age Limit: 43 years

Assistant Accounts Officer (BPS-16) – 1 Post:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Experience: 2 years in finance/accounting
• Age Limit: 43 years

Office Assistant (BPS-14) – 1 Post;

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (at least 2nd Division)
• Experience: 2 years in a relevant field

Data Processing Supervisor (BPS-14) – 3 Posts:

• Qualification: BCS (at least 2nd Division) or equivalent
• Experience: 3 years in data management

• Qualification: BCS (at least 2nd Division) or equivalent

Photostat Machine Operator (BPS-04) – 1 Post:

• Qualification: Secondary School Certificate
• Experience: 2 years in photocopy/document handling
• Age Limit: 43 years

Security Guard (Male) (BPS-02) – 2 Posts:

• Qualification: Primary Pass
• Experience: Preference for experienced candidates
• Age Limit: 43 years

Naib Qasid (BPS-02) – 1 Post:

• Qualification: Primary Pass
• Experience: Preference for experienced candidates

How to Apply:

• Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria must apply online through the Higher Education Testing Council (ETC) at http://etc.hec.gov.pk within 15 days from the date of advertisement publication.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test/interview.
• Government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
• No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.
• The test will be conducted in Quetta and administered by ETC.
• The test fee is non-refundable and must be paid through 1Link/1Bill Invoice payment services.
• All applicants must bring their original CNIC and roll number slip to the test center on the exam day. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
