1. Head Consumer Banking Division
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum education required is Graduation; preference will be given to Master’s degree holders.
- At least 15 years of experience in Consumer/Retail Banking, preferably in Islamic Banking.
- Expertise in Shariah-compliant banking will be an added advantage.
- Age limit as per BOK’s HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet targets.

- Lead and supervise Area Managers and Branch Managers.
- Generate and manage liability and consumer asset targets.
- Enhance customer service and operational risk management.
- Develop effective business strategies for retail banking.

- Islamabad for Islamabad/Gilgit-Baltistan/Hazara region.

- Review and approve credit proposals.
- Manage regional credit portfolios.
- Conduct visits to businesses and potential borrowers.
