Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
- Qualification: Preferably HEC-recognized CA/ ACCA/ ACMA/ MBA/ M.Com Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 07 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 05 years at the middle level or above in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting functions of the company.
- Age: Preferably between 37 to 47 years.
Company Secretary:
- Qualification: HEC-recognized MBA degree from a recognized institute or LL.B with sufficient knowledge of corporate laws.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate governance, legal affairs, and company secretarial roles.
- Age: Must be between 35 to 45 years.
