Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet one of the following academic and professional benchmarks:
- Ph.D. in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, or a related field.
- At least 14 years of professional experience in the government sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Deputy Commissioner / District Collector or higher.
OR
- 16 years of education in the same fields.
- Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience in government service.
- At least 2 years as Deputy Commissioner / District Collector or equivalent.
Additional Details:
- Maximum Age Limit: 62 years (as of the application closing date).
- Contract Duration: 3 years, extendable under MPS-2023 policy.
- Termination Clause: One month’s notice from either side or upon contract completion.
- Compensation: As per MPS-I of Punjab 2023, excluding monetization if an official vehicle is provided.
