Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education (Master’s degree preferred) in public policy, administration, supply chain management, corporate law, or related fields.
- Candidates with international certifications in procurement are encouraged to apply.
- 10 years of relevant experience in public procurement, policy implementation, and regulatory reforms.
