Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Requirements:
- Candidates must hold at least an MA/MSc degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Higher qualifications such as MPhil or PhD will be preferred.
2. Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of teaching experience in reputable institutions.
- 5 years as the Head of an institution, OR
- 15 years of administrative experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong financial management skills are required.
3. Age & Gender:
- Candidates must be at least 45 years old.
- Both male and female applicants are eligible to apply.
