Available Positions and Requirements:

FIEDMC is inviting applications for various posts, ranging from senior management roles to technical and administrative positions. The key vacancies include:

• Deputy General Manager (Maintenance) G-18 – Requires a BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a relevant Master’s degree, with at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Deputy General Manager (Estate & Land) G-09 – Requires MBA/MPA or a Master’s in a related field with knowledge of land acquisition laws and a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
• Manager (Administration) G-08 – Requires MBA/MPA with at least 8 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Deputy Manager (Finance) G-07 – Requires ACCA/CA/ACMA/CFA or Master’s in Finance/Accounts with 5 years of strategic financial management experience.
• Deputy Manager (Recovery) G-07 – Requires Master’s in Finance/Business Administration with at least 5 years of experience in high-value debt recovery.
• Assistant Managers (Environment, Finance, Recovery, Accounts, Transport) – Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees required with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Office Executives (Finance, Accounts, HR, Admin, Legal) – Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees with at least 2 years of experience in the relevant fields.
• Technical Positions (Supervisor Environment, Computer Operator, Electrician, Mechanic) – Require specific educational qualifications (Intermediate or Matric) with relevant certifications and 2–3 years of practical experience.
