Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- A Chartered Accountant (ICAP member) with at least five years of post-qualification experience, OR a Law (LLM) graduate / member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan with a minimum of six years of experience in company secretarial, legal, or compliance roles.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Corporate Affairs, Board Secretariat, or compliance departments.
- Strong legal drafting and reviewing skills, with the ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent comprehension, communication, and organizational abilities with adaptability to evolving organizational needs.
