Qualifications and Experience:
- Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent (with at least 60% marks) or a 4-year Honors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- For Manager-level posts (BPS-19 equivalent): Candidates must possess at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a Middle/Senior management role or equivalent. The maximum age limit is 50 years.
- For Deputy Manager-level posts (BPS-18 equivalent): Candidates should have 5 years of relevant experience in a junior or middle management position. The maximum age limit is 45 years.
Remuneration and Tenure:
- All positions are offered on a market-based lump sum package. The employment will be on an open contract basis with a six-month probation period.
