Eligibility Criteria:
- A Master’s degree in Management Sciences (preferably in Human Resources), recognized by HEC.
- At least 15 years of relevant HR experience, including 5 years at a senior level in a reputable public or private sector organization.
- Additional certifications from recognized national or international HR bodies are considered an asset.
- The upper age limit for applicants is 57 years.
Remuneration and Contract Period:
- LESCO offers a market-competitive salary package based on qualifications and experience.
- The initial contract will be for a period of three (3) years, extendable based on performance.
