- MBA (Regular, with a CGPA of 3 or above) or MSc (Engineering) from an HEC-recognized university.
- MA (LLB) in Corporate Law.

- Not more than 45 years.
For Armed Forces Officers:
Qualifications:
- MBA (Regular, with a CGPA of 3 or above) or MSc (Engineering) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Graduate of Command & Staff College (C&SC), College of EME.
- MA (LLB) in Corporate Law.
Age Limit:
- Not more than 48 years.
