Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet one of the following educational qualifications:
- A graduate degree in engineering from a university/institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC); or
- A master’s degree in business administration, management, public administration, finance, or an equivalent field, also recognized by HEC; or
- Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants; or
- Be a civil servant in BPS-21 or above, or an officer in an equivalent pay scale from the armed forces of Pakistan.

Candidates must possess:

A minimum of 25 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in a senior managerial or administrative role.
