Educational Requirements:
Candidates must possess a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from a HEC-recognized university. Specialization in the following legal areas is preferred:
- Constitutional Law
- Privacy Law
- Administrative Law
- Corporate or Commercial Law
Professional Experience:
- At least 20 years of legal experience in reputed organizations.
- Additional qualifications in Privacy, Data Protection, or Regulatory Affairs (preferred).
- Experience in the High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan.
- Expertise in corporate and regulatory compliance, contractual law, and policy formulation.
