Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• A minimum of graduation from an HEC-recognized local or international university.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications.

Experience:

• At least two years of experience in banking, particularly in relationship management, credit risk management, or recovery portfolios.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of SME and wholesale banking.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations.
• Strong task management and team collaboration capabilities.

Employment Details:

• The role is initially offered on a contractual basis for three years, extendable upon management’s discretion.
