- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecom from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Windows Server deployment, Active Directory, DNS, and PKI.
- Experience in system backup and patch management.
- Certifications like MCSE, MCP, MCSA, and Exchange 2013/2016 will be an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts for system monitoring.
2. Assistant Director (System Administrator – NOC)
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecom from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in NOC operations and network monitoring tools.
- Hands-on experience with networking protocols, IBM Tivoli (IBM) or Solar Winds PRTG is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in Level 1 IT support and data center operations.
- Willingness to work in night shifts on rotation.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age limit to apply for these positions is 37 years.
