Key Responsibilities:
The appointed CEO will be responsible for overseeing the management of the company, ensuring the execution of financial and other matters as directed by the board. Their core duties include:
- Implementing policies and strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Ensuring that the company’s operations are effective and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Promoting transparency, business growth, and adherence to legal obligations.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Graduate degree (minimum 16 years of education) in relevant fields such as:
- Business Administration
- Public Administration
- Management
- Finance
- Commerce
- Engineering
- Economics
The degree must be from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized or an internationally accredited institution.
Professional Experience:
Applicants should have at least 15 years of professional experience, including 2 years of experience as a CEO or in a senior management role within a reputable public or private sector organization.
Age Limit & Nationality:
- Maximum age limit is 57 years as of the closing date.
- Only Pakistani nationals are eligible to apply.
Pay Package:
A lump-sum salary up to Rs. 500,000 per month (negotiable) will be offered, which includes all allowances and benefits based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
