Education:
- At least 18 years of education in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university.
- Foreign degrees will be preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in large-scale ICT initiatives.
- At least 2 years of experience in ICT policy formulation.
Age Limit:
- Applicants must be no older than 62 years on the date of appointment.
