NHSRC is looking to hire applications from qualified individuals for the positions of Admin Officer, Communication Officer, Database Officer, Driver, Finance Officer, Internal Auditor, Office Assistant, Procurement Officer, and Training Officer.

Finance Officer (PPS-7):

  • Qualification: MBA or equivalent in Finance from HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: 8–10 years in finance, public/private sector.

Procurement Officer (PPS-7):

  • Qualification: Master’s in Business/Finance/Procurement.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in procurement; NGO/donor project experience preferred.

Internal Auditor (PPS-7):

  • Qualification: MBA/Finance/ACMA/Chartered Accountant.
  • Experience: 5 years in audit/financial management.

  • Qualification: Postgraduate in Business Admin/MPA or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in public/private/UN/NGO sectors.
  • Skills: Grant management, procurement, admin coordination.

Database Officer (PPS-7):

  • Qualification: MS in Computer Science/Statistics/Software Engineering.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in Health & Database management.
  • Skills: MySQL, Oracle, SPSS, Excel.

Communication Officer (PPS-7):

  • Qualification: Master’s in Communications/Marketing/Journalism.
  • Experience: 5–7 years in health communication.
  • Skills: Media tools, digital media, PR, social marketing.

Training Officer (PPS-7):

  • Qualification: Master’s in Public Health/Social Sciences.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in training & facilitation.
  • Skills: TOT, LMS, training delivery, modern teaching tools.

Office Assistant (PPS-5):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Sciences.
  • Experience: 2 years; IT skills mandatory.
  • Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Driver (PPS-1):

  • Qualification: Valid LTV license.
  • Experience: 3–5 years with NGOs/govt agencies preferred.
  • Skills: Route planning, vehicle maintenance, log management.
