  Qualification: FCPS / M.Phil / PhD (or equivalent as per PMDC)
  Departments: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry

• Assistant Professor
  Qualification: FCPS / MD / MS (or equivalent as per PMDC)
  Departments: Medicine, Surgery, Anesthesia

• Assistant Professor (Medical Education)
  Qualification: MHPE / MME / PhD (or equivalent as per PMDC)

• Assistant Professor / Senior Demonstrator
  Qualification: FCPS / M.Phil
  Departments: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry

• Assistant Professor / Senior Registrar
  Qualification: FCPS / MD / MS (or equivalent)
  Departments: Family Medicine, Surgery, Anesthesia, Nephrology, Pulmonology, ENT, Orthopedic, and others

College of Nursing – NMDC

• Nursing Lecturer
  Qualification: MSN / BSN / Post RN
  Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed college or university

College of Allied Health Sciences – NMDC

• Principal
  Qualification: MBBS / M.Phil. / FCPS / PhD in Allied Health Sciences
  Requirement: As per the Higher Education Commission (HEC) criteria

• Technician / Technologist
  Qualification: BS (4 years) or 2-Year Diploma
  Departments: Operation Theater, Anesthesia, Dialysis, NICU/PICU, CCU
  Requirement: Minimum 2 years of hospital experience

Nursing Staff for Hospital

• Staff Nurses
  Qualification: BS Nursing / BSN (Approved by PNC with valid registration card)
  Requirement: Minimum 2 years of hospital experience

• CNA / CMW / LHV
  Qualification: 2-Year Diploma / Course (Approved by PNC with valid registration card)
  Requirement: Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
