Available Positions

PAA is looking to hire skilled professionals for the following positions:

1. Joint Director Academics (EG-05)

• Qualifications: MS/MPhil or equivalent (18 years of education) in Business Education or Management Science from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience in a Public/Private sector organization, with at least 5 years in managerial capacity.
• Responsibilities:
  • Leading academic development programs.
  • Promoting research culture.
  • Coordinating quality assurance and accreditation.
  • Drafting agreements (MOUs, EOIs).
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (including all relaxations).
• Salary: Rs. 435,732 per month with a 5% annual increment (negotiable as per policy).
• Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable).

2. Deputy Director ORIC (Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization) (EG-03)

• Qualifications: Graduation/Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Education or Management Science from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a Public/Private sector organization, preferably in research and innovation roles.
• Responsibilities:
  • Promoting research initiatives.
  • Designing and managing research policies.
  • Establishing academic partnerships.
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (including all relaxations).
• Salary: Rs. 249,588 per month with a 5% annual increment (negotiable).

3. Deputy Director Academics (EG-03)

• Qualifications: Graduation/Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Education or Management Science from an HEC-recognized university.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Public/Private sector organization.
• Responsibilities:
  • Managing academic processes.
  • Supervising faculty and training activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (including all relaxations).
• Salary: Rs. 249,588 per month with a 5% annual increment (negotiable).
• Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable).
