Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify, candidates must meet the following education and experience requirements:
- Minimum PCB Level I Accreditation or equivalent, along with experience in at least 10 first-class matches.
- Preference will be given to PCB Level II Accreditation holders and former Test/International/First-Class cricketers.
- At least 3 years of coaching experience.
- Strong understanding of talent identification and development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Projects).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Effective team management and leadership skills.
- Proficient in planning, organizing, and conducting cricket coaching sessions.
