This one-year contractual programme offers a unique opportunity for on-the-job training in a highly specialized and strategic sector. While the programme does not guarantee employment after completion, PMDC may offer regular positions based on performance and organizational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify, candidates must:

Hold a Balochistan domicile.

Have at least a Matric or F.Sc. educational background from Balochistan.
Have completed 16 years of education with specific qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Mining Engineering for Management Trainee (Mining).
- Master’s in Geology for Management Trainee (Geology).
